Dah Kaso Shrine, subtitled as 'A Minor Test of Strength', is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
The shrine can be found just west of the Great Plateau beneath the Digdogg Suspension Bridge, almost underneath the Blue Hinox.
A Minor Test of Strength
The Guardian Scout II found within the shrine wields a Guardian Spear. After defeating him, Link can open the treasure chest to collect an Ancient Core. He can then speak with Dah Kaso at the altar to get a Spirit Orb.
