This service is unlocked by completing the quest "Help Them on Their Way". It periodically hosts merchants who buy and sell materials.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Woodland Stable can be found at the crossroads of several pathways, found northeast of Hyrule Castle, southwest of Death Mountain, and southeast of the Korok Forest. At the Stable there are some Hyrule Restoration Materials, including some Lumber, Boards, and Wheels. Just east of the stable, Link can find a Cooking Pot, just near the Woodland Stable Well.

A Hylian Retriever can be found at the stable. If Link feeds the retreiver some food, such as Apples, the dog will begin to follow Link around. If Link feeds the dog a few times in a row, the dog will eventually begin to walk around the stable. The dog will walk to the southeast end of hte stable, where a treasure chest is partially buried in the ground. Link can use Ultrahand to pull it up to get five Giant Brightbloom Seeds.

Just north of the Stable, near the Ekochiu Shine, there are some tall ruins. Use Recall and ride the ruins upward. From there hope onto the top of the large ruins and open the chest to get three Rockets.
