The Regencia River is a long river, beginning at the Hyrule Castle Moat near the central of Hyrule. From there it flows southward, where the river eventually splits, with the Tamio River flowing westward and the main Regencia River continuing to flow to the south. The river eventually splits off, with a small part of the river heading eastward, past the Gleeok Bridge and flowing into the Aquame Lake.

In the middle of the river, just west of Mount Gustaf, there is a pillar sticking out of the water. The treasure chest on top contains five Portable Pots.
