Hyrule Castle Town Ruins
Hyrule Castle Town Ruins is a location in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
The Hyrule Castle Town Ruins are located just south of Hyrule Castle. The area is filled with Malice pools, and Malice Eyeballs, blocking many of the main paths. Guardian Stalkers and Decayed Guardians, some actively patrolling the grounds, others not, are found at a high rate throughout the area, making it very dangerous to navigate. It is not recommended to travel through the ruins unless Link has effective equipment, such as Ancient Arrows, or any ancient or guardian weapons.
While these ruins are certainly very dangerous to navigate, there is plenty of valuable treasure to be found, especially within the walls of the ruined town. Many treasure chests in the area hold Purple Rupees, as well as rare gems, including Sapphire, Topaz, Amber, and even some Luminous Stone.

The five balloons north of this pinwheel spin in a circle, with the closest balloons moving the fastest, and the farthest balloons moving the slowest.
The two arrows already embedded in the symbol are a clue to shoot the Hylian plate with an Arrow.
Tears of the Kingdom

The Hyrule Castle Town Ruins are located just south of Hyrule Castle. The Kyononis Shrine can be found here, along with Mylle and Addison.
- Several of the active Guardian Stalkers at the ruins can be found actively missing legs. This is unique of this location, as active Stalkers at all other locations always have all of their six legs.
