Riogok Shrine, also known as Force Transfer, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.
The Shrine is located on the Great Plateau west of Hopper Pond.
Force Transfer
- Connect the two gears with the Pole using Ultrahand.
- Activate the switch to turn the gears, opening the door.
- In the next room, attach a pole to the Treasure Chest sitting on a high platform in the right corner. Open it to receive a Mighty Construct Bow.
- Attach the pole to the lever next to the closed gate and flip it.
- Attach one of the poles perpendicularly to the bottom of the higher platform on the left.
- Attach the other pole to the left of the lower platform, so it gets caught by the spinning gear's protrusion as it passes.
- Use Ascend to travel to the top of the higher platform and go to the altar to acquire a Light of Blessing.

Strike the switch, which will cause the gears to spin and open the door 
Attach the pole to the device, so it works like a lever 
Turn the lever to open the gate, accessing another Pole 
Use a pole to attach to the treasure chest, which contains a Mighty Construct Bow 
Use Ultrahand to attach a Pole vertically, to the upper platform 
The pole should be attached between the lower and upper platforms 
Attach the second pole to the edge of the lower platform in the direction of the gear 
The gear has a platform stick out, which will push the pole, and thus the whole platform up. It will hit the vertical pole, pushing the smaller platform to the top of the shrine 
Use Ascend to reach the top of the shrine and examine the altar
