Rasiwak Shrine, also known as Flotational Brilliance, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.
The Shrine is located northeast of Akkala Ancient Tech Lab.
Flotational Brilliance
- Sever the rope holding the platform up by shooting it with an Arrow.
- Attach the yellow sphere to the top of the platform to make it float and cross the water.
- Unstick the sphere from the platform and reattach it to the bottom of the hinged platform ahead. Walk up the newly created slope.
- Attach the two spheres to the top of the stone platform, roughly in the center of each half of the platform.
- Attach the Fan to the edge of the platform, roughly in the middle between the two spheres.
- Set the platform in the water on the left side of the room and activate the Fan.
- Shoot the rope holding the Treasure Chest.
- As you pass by, retrieve the Treasure Chest from the water using Ultrahand. Deactivate the Fan if necessary.
- Open it to obtain a Magic Scepter.
- Once on the other side of the water, move the platform including attached spheres onto the large switch to open the door to the altar.
