Oromuwak Shrine, also known as A Launching Device, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.

This shrine is found on the higher cliff, just southeast of the Lucky Clover Gazette. Just south of the shrine, there is a tall pillar with a treasure chest on it containing a Zonaite Shield.

A Launching Device

• Grab a rocket on the side and place it on the angled ramp. Activate the rocket to hit the target, opening the nearby gate.
• There is a rail that rides up to the higher ledge. Grab a rocket and attach it to the cart that is already on the rail, preferably centered on the cart to avoid flying off the rail. Then climb into the cart and activate the rocket, which will send Link up to the higher ledge.
• There is a treasure chest in the corner of the room, way up in the air. Grab a rocket and attach it to one of the carts here. This time point the rocket straight up into the air. Stand in the cart and activate the rocket. Or simply Fuse a rocket with any shield and launch yourself high up. Then use the Paraglider to reach the chest, which contains a Ruby.
• Next, attach a rocket to another cart. Place it on the ramp which is aimed towards the altar. Jump into the cart and activate the rocket to launch yourself across the gap. Run over to the altar to get the Light of Blessing.
