Jirutagumac Shrine, also known as A Flying Device, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.

This Shrine is found west of Wellspring Island.

A Flying Device

Place a wing on the left track.
On the new island, there are carts that respawn should Link be unsuccessful in maneuvering them. Place a cart below the wing and attach it. Fly to the lower level.
There is a chest containing a Large Zonaite on a nearby platform with a gap below it. Use the glider to carefully create a bridge and use Ascend to access it.
Jump back down, grab the Fan nearby, and attach it to the rear of the wing. Remember to check the direction in which the wind will blow.
Fly over to the exit, and collect the Light of Blessing.
