Jiotak Shrine, also known as Rauru's Blessing, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.
The Shrine is located northeast of YunoboCo HQ, inside the Isle of Rabac Gallery.
Requirements
You will need the Flamebreaker Set to reach this shrine.
To get there, jump down into the Isle of Rabac Gallery. Grab a cart and place it on the tracks. Attach a fan to the back of the cart and climb in. Hit it to start the fan. Along the track, you will need to be prepared to shoot a target to change the track direction so the cart goes to the left, however if you are late hitting the target the cart will make another lap around. Keep an eye out on the right side of the cart for the shrine, then jump and glide to the ledge with it when you see it.. Climb up and approach the shrine.
Rauru's Blessing
The shrine itself is just a blessing shrine. Simply move forward, open the chest, and then examine the altar for your well-earned Light of Blessing.
