Isle of Rabac Gallery is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.

The Isle of Rabac Gallery is a cave found just beneath the Isle of Rabac. Link can access the gallery by riding a Mine Cart from just northeast of Goron City, which takes him right to the island. The entrance is in a small circular hole in the ground. Within the cave, there is hot lava, requiring Link to have a Flame Guard in order to survive.
There is a Mine Cart and a Fan as soon as you drop down into the cave. Link can attach the fan to the cart and place it on the rail. If Link rides the track ahead without hitting any targets, he'll eventually ride right by a Fire Like, where there is a treasure chest that contains a Soldier's Broadsword. Link can get back on the track and it go in a circle. Shoot an arrow at the target to change the rail and it will turn off to the side.
The rail will take you to a wide open area where the rail will go in an endless circle. There are various targets that Link can hit here to adjust the rail. At the southeast part of the room, if Link hits the target it leads to the room with the Bubbulfrog.
After getting the Bubbulfrog, Link can turn the mine cart around and get back on the rail, this time traveling clockwise around the room. At the northeast part of the room, Link can hit a target and it turns the rail towards the Jiotak Shrine. From the shrine, Link can glide to the center platform that has some Blue Moblin, as well as a chest which contains a Ruby.

Jiotak Shrine is one of Rauru's Blessings. There is a single chest which contains a Magic Staff. Link can run to the altar to get a Light of Blessing.
