Apogek Shrine, also known as Wings on the Wind, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.
The Shrine is located in the Lanayru Great Spring.
Wings on the Wind
- Pick up one of the wings on the left and bring it over to the starting area. Attach the orb on the pedestal to the wing. Glide across with it or after it, and detach the orb from the wing and place it in the hole to open the gate.
- Glide up on one of the fan air vents, then pick up one of the fans and bring it to the left. Use the air vent to grab the Strong Zonaite Spear in the chest atop the ledge.
- Attach at least 2 fans to a wing (make sure they are even!), then place it in one of the rails while you are standing in front of it so it doesn't leave without you. Hit them to turn them on, and stand closer to the back of the wing so it keeps its forward momentum as long as possible. Glide across the gap with it to the altar to claim your Light of Blessing.

Ride the Fan up and then grab one of them with Ultrahand 
Activate the fan and ride it up to get a Strong Zonaite Spear 
Attach a pair of fans symmetrically on the Wing 
Place the wing on the rail and activate the fans to fly across to the altar
