The Akkala Ancient Tech Lab is one of two Sheikah research labs found in Breath of the Wild. The lab and its chief researcher, Robbie, are devoted to the research of Guardians and the destruction of the Calamity.[1] The lab's inhabitants include Robbie, director of the lab, his wife, and Cherry, a robot who can sell Link ancient soldier gear such as the Ancient Arrows or pieces of the Ancient Armor. However, Link will not be able to purchase any of this gear until the nearby ancient furnace is lit with the blue flame found on the top of Tumlea Heights.
