Ke'nai Shakah Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild. The challenge is a Modest Test of Strength.
Requirements
The entrance is in the side of the cliff, blocked off by destroyable boulders within the Ulria Grotto. Use Stasis on a boulder and smash it over the canyon and into the blocked opening, or simply shoot a Bomb Arrow to blow them up. Alternatively, you can paraglide to the rock wall and stand on the ledge, throwing a Remote Bomb at the wall.
A Modest Test of Strength
Defeat the Guardian Scout III, who wields an Ancient Battle Axe+ and a Guardian Sword+. Link can then open the chest, which contains a Sapphire gem. Ke'nai Shakah waits for Link at the altar and will reward him with a Spirit Orb.
