Goron soaking in hot springs is a picture from Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The Goron soaking in hot springs can be found in the Goron Hot Springs, just south of Goron City. Within the hot springs, Link can find Grapp soaking himself in the water. Link is able to use the Camera to take a picture of the Goron.
A Picture for Woodland Stable

After completing one of the Regional Phenomena and acquiring the Camera, Link can examine the portrait wall at the Woodland Stable. This will cause Kish to call him over, beginning the quest. After Link travels to Goron Hot Springs, he can take a picture of the Goron soaking in hot springs.
Link can then return to Woodland Stable and show this picture to Kish. He'll recreate the picture on the wall, completing the quest. Kish will reward Link with a Pony Point, as well as some Hasty Vegetable Curry.
