A Token of Friendship

A Token of Friendship is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.

Overview

After the sludge problem is dealt with and Sidon & Yona crowned as the new Zora king & queen, Yona looks for a way to thank Link for his help. When Link talks to her, she tells him this, and says Jiahto found a reference to a pair of Zora Greaves being "offered up at the Ancient Zora Waterworks as a prayer for friendship between the Zora and Hylians". However, when she searched the waterworks, she was unable to find them.

When Link goes there, he finds the waterworks have been drained relative to his previous visit, and the greaves are in a Treasure Chest now accessible due to the lowered water level. If he returns to Yona after this while wearing them, she is glad, and notes how like him it is to find them for himself with all the praise Sidon has lavished on him.

To activate the quest, the Sidon of the Zora quest must be complete.
