The Side Quest WANTED: Molduga is given to you by Gralens in the Emergency Shelter in Tears of the Kingdom.
Requirements
Speak with Gralens in the Emergency Shelter of Lookout Landing after helping Hoz and his squad defeat the monsters near Hyrule Garrison Ruins.
Walkthrough
Speak with Gralens about Giant Monsters. He will mark the location of a Molduga on your map. The Molduga is inside the East Barrens, go to the marked location and defeat it. After defeating the Molduga, Link can return to Gralens to collect a Silver Rupee as a reward.
