Hebra's Colossal Fossil is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview
Having seen the Eldin Great Skeleton, Loone heads to the Hebra Great Skeleton. When Link arrives there, she notes "one missing fin bone" and "one of the bones in this cutie's spine is detached".
When Link puts the missing bones back into place, she's once again happy, and gives him 50 rupees for his work. She then gets excited about the final Leviathan, the Gerudo Great Skeleton, and heads off immediately after marking it on Link's Purah Pad map so he can find it too.
Requirements
Complete Eldin's Colossal Fossil, then follow Loone to the Hebra Great Skeleton.
Walkthrough
Blast the rocks to free the long fin bone encased in the cave's wall. Then attach it to the Skeleton's front left fin. The bone should slide into place when placement is correct.
Repeat this method for the large vertebral bone, which is encased in a large ice block towards the Leviathan's rear. The vertebrae fits into the tail area, where a spot for the missing piece is clearly visible.
Try not to throw your controller at the wall while completing this puzzle-- as it can be rather frustrating to get the pieces to 'snap' into place.
