Codgers' Quarrel is a Side Quest from Tears of the Kingdom.

Requirements

Speak with Trissa at High Spirits Produce in Kakariko Village to begin the quest.
Steen and Olkin, who usually provide the inventory for the High Spirits Produce, have gone to fight the monsters at the western most Ring Ruin, just up the hill to the west.
The two cannot agree on strategy for fighting and instead of battling the monsters, spend their time arguing with one another. When Link appears, he can go into the ruins and defeat the four Blue Bokoblin. Depending on World Level, these could be stronger Bokoblin.
After the Bokoblin are defeated, Link can speak with Steen and Olkin, who set aside their differences and agree that Link's methods of combining both offense and defense is best. The two then return to Kakariko Village and will stock the inventory at High Spirits Produce.
Link can then return to Trissa at the shop to get an Endura Carrot as a reward. The shop is now stocked with Fortified Pumpkins, Goat Butter, and Swift Carrots.
This will complete the quest, but Link can then begin the Follow the Cuccos quest by speaking with Trissa again.

Speak with Trissa at High Spirits Produce to begin the quest
Climb up to the western Ring Ruin and speak with Steen and Olkin
Defeat the four Blue Bokoblin at the Ring Ruin
Depending on World Level, there may be stronger Black Bokoblin or Silver Bokoblin
Return and give the news to Steen and Olkin, who will resolve their differences
Return to High Spirits Produce
Speak with Trissa to get an Endura Carrot and complete the quest

Step	Description
1	The general store is at risk of running out of goods. The two old men who stock the store have left to drive monsters out of the Ring Ruin in the hills west of the village. Trissa is worried about the pair but can't leave the store to check on them.
2	Steen and Olkin went to drive monsters out of the Ring Ruin in the hills west of the village. But they're arguing over the right way to deal with the problem, and so they're getting nowhere with clearing out the monsters.
3	You defeated all the monsters in the Ring Ruin in the hills west of the village. You should tell Steen and Olkin. They should be glad to hear it, given that they're still arguing over the best plan for dealing with them.
4	By defeating the monsters in the Ring Ruin in the hills west of the village, you showed Steen and Olkin that both offensive and defensive fighting methods are important. Trissa has been waiting for them to return. Report back to her.
Complete	Steen and Olkin, who stock the general store, are back home at their village and seem to have resolved their differences. Trissa was beyond happy to see that the two are getting along. She gave you an endura carrot as thanks.
