Requirements

Must have started Investigate the Thyphlo Ruins, and completed Tulin of Rito Village.

Overview

While Link was busy saving Rito Village, Kazul has uncovered a monolith, and needs Link's help to solve the riddle and find the location that it refers to. The inscription on the monolith reads Display the power of the Sage of Wind to the owl protected by many dragons.

Walkthrough

The location in question is just south of Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower, past the wall and directly in front of a large owl statue on a paved square (0364, 3054, 0174). While standing on the paved square, activate Tulin's ability, and blow a gust of wind directly at the Owl Statue. This should cause the paved square you are standing on to rise from the ground, revealing a chest that contains three Sapphires.

Read the tablet to being the quest
The owl can be found south of the Skyview Tower on the other side of the wall
Stand on the paved square and activate Tulin's Power of Wind
Blow a gust of wind towards the owl statue
The square will rise up, revealing a treasure chest.
Open the chest to get three Sapphires and complete the quest
