Rattled Ralera is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.

Overview

Ralera wants to come up with something to draw villagers to the newly revitalized Lurelin Village, but she's too hungry to focus. Bring her some Seafood Curry to satisfy her hunger, then cool her down from the spice using a gust of wind. This will inspire her to create a new flag for the village and reward Link with the Lurelin Village Fabric.

Complete Lurelin Village Restoration Project to start this quest.

Walkthrough

Talk to Ralera to start the quest.
Give Ralera a Seafood Curry made of a Mighty Porgy or Armored Porgy, Hylian Rice, and Goron Spice. Goron Spice can be found at the shop in Goron City.
Use any kind of gusting weapon to blow at Ralera to cool her down. Attaching a Korok Frond to a sword is a good way to do this, or there are some oars near the docks that will also work.
Speak to her again to get your reward of the Lurelin Village Fabric.
