Walkthrough

After completing Misko's Cave of Chests, go outside Cephla Lake Cave and talk to Domidak or Prissen, then pay them 100 Rupees for the Pirate Manuscript.
Go to Cape Cales Cliffbase Cave ( 3650 , -3211 , -0006 )
Whistle while inside the cave to make a wall open.
From the entrance of the cave, the chest is on the left, lower side of the ship, behind some boxes.
Open the chest and obtain the Tingle Tights

1	Brothers Domidak and Prissen read you one of Misko's old manuscripts. It said, "A forgotten pirate cavern lurks at the foot of Cape Cales, overlooking Necluda Sea. The short, shrill song of wind through lips will open the way to my treasure." Solve the riddle to find the treasure.
