Gleeok Guts is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.

Overview

Speaking with Malena will initiate the quest, she will recount her plans to have a wedding adventure with her husband and how he fell ill, blaming it on herself. She tells Link the only way to heal him is with some Gleeok Guts and describes the horrible creature needed to be slain to retrieve them.

Requirements

Talk to Malena in Gerudo Canyon, just southeast of the Gerudo Canyon Stable, to start the quest.

Walkthrough

Defeat the Flame Gleeok she speaks of in Gerudo Canyon atop Spectacle Rock.

The guts are not a guaranteed drop so you may need to farm another or defeat a King Gleeok which has a guaranteed drop.

Return the guts to Malena to receive your reward.

Adventure Log

Step	Description
1	Malena's husband became sick during their wedding adventure. She's upset that she pushed him past his limits, but it seems that Gleeok guts will cure him. Unfortunately, they come from a three-headed monster flying over Gerudo Canyon.
Complete	You delivered the Gleeok guts that Malena needed to cure her husband Platt's illness. He's back in good health, so now they intend to continue on their wedding adventure.
