The South Hyrule Sky Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview
Link can activate Jinodok Shrine by retrieving the green shrine crystal and delivering it to the shrine's location.
Requirements
The paraglider is not strictly required but is useful in completing this quest.
Walkthrough
- Arrive at the empty shrine location for Jinodok Shrine on South Hyrule Sky Archipelago. Options for reaching the island include launching from Hyrule Field Skyview Tower or using Zonai Devices to fly over from another island.
- Interact with the shrine location to begin the quest. A beam of green light will connect with the missing shrine crystal.
- Just to the north is a gyroscope that you can use Ultrahand on to rotate the platform ahead. Rotate the platform so that the path is connected to the island where the crystal is. Paraglide over to the rotated platform, then use the path to walk onto the island with the crystal.
- Bring the crystal onto the platform. Paraglide back over the gyroscope and rotate the platform so that the path now connects to where you are standing. Walk across the path to grab the crystal, and carry it back to the shrine location to activate Jinodok Shrine and clear the quest.
- Alternatively, you can simply use Ultrahand to carefully set the crystal down next to the gyroscope and then paraglide back over, avoiding the need to use the gyroscope again.
