Completing Lurelin Village Restoration Project and Master the Vehicle Prototype

Walkthrough

Talk to Rozel and Bolson in Lurelin Village (on the west bank, slightly south) to start the quest.
Travel to the Tarrey Town Race tracks at the Hudson Construction Site outside of Tarrey Town in Akkala. If you have not already completed Master the Vehicle Prototype you will need to do so. Fernison will then challenge you to beat Tali's best time (2 minutes) on the tracks, using a special data-collection steering stick. Build a cart using Ultrahand and some nearby materials, and then attach the special steering stick.
Complete the course in time, driving over all of the lights to turn them off.
After you beat Tali's time, the following dialogue will allow Link to convince the racers to head down to Lurelin to start a water-based race.
Return to Lurelin to talk with Rozel again. Bolson will build the Lurelin Water Rally that can then be played.

Adventure Log

Step	Description
1	Rozel, head of Lurelin Village, and Bolson, the architect, are planning to build a new entertainment facility so they can host a rally race on the water at the village. They wonder if they might be able to invite some racing professionals to make the journey from Tarrey Town to Lurelin Village.
2	You told Tali, Shabonne, and Fernison about Lurelin Village's water rally project. Fernison said she'd be happy to send Tali and Shabonne to help, but first she needs someone to break Tali's record so she can capture the race data. When you're ready, talk to Fernison and try the Tarrey Town Race.
3	You broke Tali's course record, so she and Shabonne agreed to head to Lurelin Village. This should help Rozel and Bolson make progress on the water rally course they're hoping to build.
