A Monstrous Collection I is a Side Adventure in Tears of the Kingdom.

Overview

Having moved to Tarrey Town and left Fang & Bone in the hands of his brother; Kilton wants Hudson, who is looking for a new project to distract himself with after his daughter's move to Gerudo Town, to build him sculptures of monsters, beginning with a bokoblin. However, he is entirely unable to describe the monster in any useful way. Link can help by showing them a photograph of a bokoblin, allowing Hudson to make a perfectly realistic model for Link to place on the stage.

With this done, Kilton makes a presentation on the bokoblin to the townsfolk; and gives Link some Monster Extract as a token of thanks, while Hudson is open to making more sculptures.

Requirements

The Purah Pad's camera must have been unlocked by Robbie in the Camera Work in the Depths main quest; Mattison must have left Tarrey Town in the Mattison's Independence side adventure; and Kilton must have moved to Tarrey Town after The Hunt for Bubbul Gems! side quest.

Walkthrough

• Take a picture of a Bokoblin using the camera. Any variant on a Bokoblin should work, but the photo has to be in your Album, so if you deleted a photo after adding it to your Hyrule Compendium you'll have to take a new one.
• Talk to Kilton and Hudson in the north part of the Tarrey Town plaza to start the quest.
• Let them "borrow" your picture so Hudson can make a statue version of it.
• Use Ultrahand to place the statue onto the display green.
• Talk to Kilton again, and go through the cutscene of everyone in town admiring the statue before receiving your reward. You can then talk to him again to start A Monstrous Collection II.

Adventure Log

Step	Description
1	Kilton wants Hudson to craft a sculpture that looks like a Bokoblin for him, but he's finding it difficult to describe what a Bokoblin looks like. Hudson explained that he'd have no problem making the sculpture if he had a detailed picture of the monster to look at for reference.
2	You showed Hudson a picture of a Bokoblin, and he made a sculpture from it. Now Kilton would like that sculpture moved to a stage. Let Kilton know once you have placed it on the stage.
3	The Bokoblin sculpture was placed on the stage, and Kilton treated the villagers to a presentation about the monster. Now he wants to give you a reward for all your help. Be sure to make room for Kilton's present among your belongings, and then go see him.

It's been a dream of Kilton's to teach folks about monsters and help them see that they have good traits too. He's thrilled to be on his way toward making that dream a reality.
