The Horse Guard's Request is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview
Over at the Outskirt Stable, Toffa really wants to see one of the Skeletal Horses that he has heard rumors about. He mentions that they appear near Sanidin Park Ruins at nighttime. Link can ride one over to Outskirt Stable to show him for a reward of 
50 and a Pony Point. His appetite whetted, Toffa will then ask to be shown other non-standard mounts, such as one of the nearby Deer. When Link rides one over to Toffa, he will be rewarded with 100 and a Pony Point.
Walkthrough
- Talk to Toffa at Outskirt Stable to begin the quest.
- Stalhorse
- Head up to Sanidin Park Ruins after nightfall. You'll need enough time to get back to the stable with the Stalhorse before it despawns in the morning.
- Mount a Stalhorse like you would a regular horse and ride it back to the stable. When you get close enough to Toffa it will trigger the next dialogue automatically. He'll reward you with a Purple Rupee and a Pony Point.
- Deer
- There is no fixed spawn point for deer but there are often some in the Dalite Forest, well to the northwest of the Stable. It can be frustrating to catch one, but using Stealth and/or speed upgrades will help. Gliding from a higher elevation and landing directly on the deer is also effective. Once on top, ride the deer back to the stable.
- Bring the deer to Toffa for your reward of a Silver Rupee and another Pony Point. Deer will respawn about once per day, and will usually not spawn if it's raining.
