Qaza Tokki Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild. It is located inside the middle of North Lomei Labyrinth.
Requirements
Shrine Quest: Trial on the Cliff

Enter the Labyrinth to automatically start the Shrine Quest. There's a couple different methods of solution here. If you want to truly navigate the maze, follow the red line until you reach a Malice Eyeball, and kill it. Then backtrack to the blue line and follow it to the shrine. The dotted portions are tunnels.
The green line represents the shortcut. If you want to climb to the top of the maze and just drop down here, you can skip most of the maze. There's a ladder here; climb it and follow the path to the shrine. Unlocking the shrine completes the quest.
If entering from the top there is a chest with a diamond at the start of the shortcut line, the edges are climbable
Qaza Tokki's Blessing
After all that effort, the shrine itself contains no challenges at all. Simply move forward, open the chest to get the Barbarian Leg Wraps. Speak with Qaza Tokki at the altar to get a Spirit Orb.
