The Kolomo Garrison Ruins are a location found in the Central Hyrule province of Breath of the Wild & Tears of the Kingdom, situated adjacent to Lake Kolomo.
Breath of the Wild
The Kolomo Garrison Ruins are surrounded on three sides by Lake Kolomo. While navigating the ruins, Link is a target of Water Octoroks that will launch attacks at him. Around the ruins, Link will find some old rusty weapons, including a Rusty Shield and multiple Rusty Claymores. Within the ruins, there is a pile of leaves and underneath, a rock can be found which hides a Korok.
EX Treasure: Ancient Mask

Southeast of the Kolomo Garrison Ruins, the Outpost Ruins can be found and - if the Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass has been purchased - Misko's EX Journal is located. Upon reading the journal this will begin many quests, including the EX Treasure: Ancient Mask quest. The treasure chest can be found just southeast of the ruins in a pile of rubble. Inside the chest will be Majora's Mask.

Tears of the Kingdom
The Kolomo Garrison Ruins are found at the south end of Hyrule Field, almost completely encircled by Lake Kolomo. Inside the ruins, there is a Treasure Chest buried, which holds a Knight's Shield. Another chest can be found behind the Wooden Box at the west ruins, with this one containing a Soldier's Bow.
At the southeast part of the ruins a dangerous Gloom Spawn will appear. Link can climb up on some of the ruins to stay out of reach to the spawn until it dissipates.
