Sundelion is a material found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
"A wild plant that grows in the sun at high altitudes. Soaked in sunlight, its petals can restore health depleted by gloom when used in cooking."
Like Blue Nightshade and the various Safflinas, Sundelions cannot be eaten raw, and attempts to roast them on an open campfire will simply burn them away. However, cooking them in a Cooking Pot or Portable Pot will create a "Sunny" meal, which restores Heart Containers disabled by Gloom exposure.
Sundelion meals do not automatically restore any health directly, but any ingredient which does not have a competing effect - such as apples, Raw Meat or acorns - can be added to include a health-regenerating aspect directly. Cooking under a Blood Moon or with a lucky critical success may also add heart recovery, or increase the number of Gloom-damaged heart containers restored.
The plant can most often be found in the Sky, on locations such as the Great Sky Island and the South Eldin Sky Archipelago. They can also be found rarely near Death Mountain.
