The Hila Rao Shrine, also known as Drifting, is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Hila Rao Shrine is located in the Floret Sandbar, an islet where the Hylia River parts into Nabi Lake on the eastern side of Central Hyrule. It's located in the middle of a maze of flowers. The islet can be reached by swimming to it; however, swimming may prove challenging, as the current around the islet is particularly strong.
The shrine's travel gate is not particularly convenient to use, as leaving the flower maze may risk confrontation with Magda. As the shrine is on ground level and surrounded by water, it provides no vantage point towards any close-by location.
Shrine Quest: Watch Out for the Flowers

If you do, you will be taken back outside the circle of flowers. As soon as Link either steps on the flowers or talks with Magda, this will start the Watch Out for the Flowers quest. To complete the Shrine Quest, simply navigate the flower maze, or glide over the flowers using Revali's Gale. Once Link places the Sheikah Slate in the pedestal, the shrine quest will be complete.
