The Hyrule Castle Moat is a body of water that surrounds Hyrule Castle. Water is supplied to the moat by the Hylia River from the northeast and the Regencia River from the southwest. Some water flows southeast, beyond the Boneyard Bridge, heading down the Hylia River and eventually spilling into Lake Hylia.

Just north of Hyrule Castle, on the north side of the moat, Addison can be seen holding up a Hudson Sign. Link can use the nearby Hyrule Restoration Materials to hold up the sign. As it is near the water, this will require a contraption with numerous pieces. Alternatively, Link can use some Hover Stone to hold up the sign. As a reward, Addison will give Link a Red Rupee, some Sunny Veggie Rice Balls, and a Sleepover Ticket.

Korok Seeds

  • At the northeast end of North Hyrule Plain, east of the Royal Ancient Lab Ruins down by the water. Step on the stump and glide across the Hyrule Castle Moat to the target to the east to get the Korok Seed.
  • At the bridge connecting the Hyrule Castle Town Ruins to Hyrule Castle, there is a circle of lilypads in the water to the west. Leap off the bridge and into the circle to get the Korok Seed.
