Soh Kofi Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
The shrine is located just north of the Zora River, on the north side of the path. It is just north of the Lanayru Tower and just west of the Inogo Bridge, where Link first meets Prince Sidon.
A Minor Test of Strength
Kill the Guardian Scout II who wields a Guardian Shield and a Guardian Sword. Open the chest to get a Knight's Bow and then head to the altar to get a Spirit Orb from Soh Kofi.
