EX Trial of the Sword is a Side Quest included in The Master Trials DLC for Breath of the Wild. Once the DLC is purchased, it is unlocked by clearing The Hero's Sword Main Quest and obtaining the Master Sword.

To begin, the Master Sword must be returned to its pedestal in front of the Great Deku Tree in Korok Forest to enter the Trial of the Sword. BEGINNING TRIALS Level 1: 3 red bokoblins. The weapons are 2 tree branches, a boko club, a woodcutters axe, and a boko sheild Level 2: 4 red bokoblins and 1 big fire chuchu. The weapons are boko bow, boko club, boko bat, traveler's sword and traveler's sheild. Level 3: 1 chuchu, 4 small fire chuchus and 4 big fire chuchus. The weapons are a boomerang Level 4: 4 red bokoblins, 3 blue bokoblins. The weapons are boko spear, spiked boko bat, traveler's bow, boko club, spiked boko bow, soilder's sheild, soilder's broadsword and a traveler's spear
