Gummy is a character that appears in The Wind Waker. He is a sailor that enjoys auctions and is a very rich man. His name may coincide with other sailors ("Kane" and "Candy") on Windfall Island, since their names are all types of "sweets".

His birthplace is Windfall Island and he has lived there ever since. He can always be seen in the Auction House at nighttime bidding to a prize. In the Nintendo Gallery, it is stated that his favorite spice is pepper.
