Find the pinwheel on the far end of the castle wall. Shoot five balloons to reveal the Korok. (Click 'Korok Seed' above for a map.)

On the far end of the castle wall is a pinwheel. Stand close to it to make five balloons appear, pop all five using your bow to reveal a Korok.
