The South Akkala Stable is a location in Breath of the Wild and Age of Calamity.

Breath of the Wild

This Stable is one of fifteen that are located across Hyrule.

Given the chance that the player enters Akkala from the mountains of Lanayru bearing north, there's a significant possibility that both this stable and the Ze Kasho Shrine will be overlooked because they'll be completely hidden from sight by the Akkala Citadel Ruins, as they're on the opposite side of said citadel.

The Ze Kasho Shrine is located just up the hill on the west side of the path. Also known as Ze Kasho Apparatus, the shrine requires Link to use the Motion Controls to manipulate platforms, as well as striking switches to cause platforms to move. At the end, Link will meet with Ze Kasho at the alter to get a Spirit Orb.

This service is unlocked by completing the quest "Anything but Bugs". It periodically hosts merchants who buy and sell materials.

Tears of the Kingdom

The South Akkala Stable can be found along the path, just northwest of the Akkala Citadel Ruins. From the stable, if Link travels north, he'll reach the East Akkala Stable. If he travels to the east, he can travel to Tears of the Kingdom.

At the South Akkala Stable, if Link feeds the dog enough times in a row, the dog will guide Link to the tree just wets of the stable. Here there is a treasure chest which contains a Bomb-Barrel Spear.

Just south of the stable, Addison can be found holding a Hudson Sign. Link can use the nearby Hyrule Restoration Materials to hold up the sign. As a thanks, Addison will reward Link with a Red Rupee, some Energizing Seafood Rice Balls, and a Sleepover Ticket.
