UNDER HEAVY CONSTRUCTION. This page shows the locations of the 52 Heart Pieces from the Nintendo 64 version of the game. This list will be updated in the next day or so to show all the changes in the Nintendo 3DS version as well.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask features 52 heart pieces scattered across Termina, offering 13 Heart Containers to Link's total health.
