Hebra East Summit is a location in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
The Hebra East Summit is a massive mountain range found at the east side of the Hebra Mountains. The entire mountain range is bitterly cold, requiring Link to be wearing an armor set with high-level Cold Resistance, such as the Snowquill Set, in order to survive the harsh conditions for extended periods of time. The summit includes the Hebra Peak, which is the highest and one of the coldest points in all of Hyrule. The area is very cold, requiring high-level Cold Resistance in order to survive for extended periods of time. Early in Link's journey, the Blizzard that is ravaging Rito Village will cause it to be perpetually snowing in the Hebra Mountains.
At the northeast end of the summit, the Pikida Stonegrove Northwest Cave can be found underneath, at a much lower elevation.
At the southern end of the summit, southeast of Hebra Peak, there is a large ice block down the side of the cliff. Link can melt it to find a Swallow Bow inside. Just southeast of Hebra Peak, on top of some Zonai Ruins, there are several Soldier Construct IIs who guard a chest that contains a Zonaite Spear.
