— Hyrule Compendium entry

Electric Lizalfos are enemies which appear in Breath of the Wild and Age of Calamity.

Breath of the Wild

Electric Lizalfos typically lie in wait beneath the sand before jumping out to ambush Link. They can create a dome of electricity at will, which can force Link to drop his metal equipment. They will drop a Yellow Lizalfos Tail when they are taken out.

While they are primarily found in the Wasteland Tower region, within the Gerudo Desert, they do occasionally appear elsewhere in Hyrule. There are a group of them that appear in the Damel Forest, as well as a couple surrounding the Ridgeland Tower.

These enemies carry a wide variety of weapons, with no particular item being a favorite. They can be see using Lizal Tri-Boomerangs, Forked Lizal Spears, as well as a Steel Lizal Bow. The various archer Lizalfos are often seen using Shock Arrows.

Electric Lizalfos have a health of 288, which matches that of their Ice-Breath Lizalfos, Fire-Breath Lizalfos, and Black Lizalfos counterparts.

Age of Calamity

Electric Lizalfos in Age of Calamity are electric variants of the Lizalfos. They first appear during the Urbosa, the Gerudo Chief scenario. They will occasionally drop a Lizalfos Horn, Lizalfos Talon, or a Yellow Lizalfos Tail when defeated. After each Electric Lizalfos is defeated, the player will receive a Lizalfos Trophy, which can be used to complete quests or upgrade weapons of the various warriors.
