The Golden Lizalfos is the strongest variant of the Lizalfos from Breath of the Wild, found exclusively in Master Mode.

Breath of the Wild

In the base game, the Silver Lizalfos are the strongest variant of Lizalfos, but in Master Mode, all locations where a Silver Lizalfos were found are now populated with a Golden Lizalfos. With a health of 1296, they are 50% stronger than the Silver Lizalfos.

Golden Lizalfos will still drop Lizalfos Horns, Lizalfos Talons, and Lizalfos Tails, but they will also drop much more valuable Gems, including Amber, Opal, Topaz, Ruby, Sapphire, and Diamond.

The body of the enemy is a gold shade, with white spots all over. It said that these Lizalfos were actually Silver Lizalfos who were transformed after being struct by lightening. This could also explain why they have such high tolerance for electric attacks.[1]
