Several Talking Trees are found throughout A Link to the Past. These Trees serve as the guides in giving Link advice throughout his quest.
Link's Awakening
In Link's Awakening, there are only two Talking Trees. They both can be found outside of the Seashell Mansion in Ukuku Prairie. If Link speaks to them, they inform Link that he can use Bombs on walls that sound hollow when he hits them with his sword.[1]
