Hylian Shroom is a type of mushroom and material found in Breath of the Wild, Age of Calamity, and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
"A common mushroom found near trees around Hyrule. Eat it to restore half a heart."
Hylian Shrooms can be found near trees across the Great Plateau, Central Hyrule and Necluda. This mushroom will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw, but can be increased if Link decides to cook it into a Toasty Hylian Shroom over an open flame. Hylian Shrooms can be used in a variety of Recipes, to create different types of Mushroom Skewers. However, there are no additional cooking effects with this material.
Variations
There are several variations of Hylian Shrooms. Each of these will also restore ½ heart when eaten raw, but they can be cooked in Cooking Pots to give additional effects:
