Cane Sugar is a material found in Breath of the Wild, Age of Calamity, and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

"When boiled with other ingredients, the cane breaks down into a sweet juice necessary for making cakes and other sweets. It's commonly found in ingredients stores."

— In-game description

Cane Sugar can be bought 3 general stores: The Slippery Falcon in Rito Village, the General Shoppe in Korok Forest, and the Goron Gusto Shop in Goron City. They can be sold to shop-vendors all over Hyrule for 3 Rupees each. Cane Sugar can be used in a variety of Recipes, however they have no stat-boosting cooking effect, but this ingredient is crucial to making certain sweet meals, such as the Nutcake.

Recipes

Cane Sugar is used in Fruitcake, Monster Cake, Pumpkin Pie, Carrot Cake, Wildberry Crepe, Honey Crepe, Plain Crepe, Apple Pie, Nutcake, Egg Tart, Egg Pudding, Fried Bananas, and Fruit Pie.
