Monster Cake can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using Monster Extract, Tabantha Wheat, Cane Sugar and Goat Butter. Adding a fifth ingredient with a stat-boosting effect may create a variant with that effect - for instance, using Fleet-Lotus Seeds, Rushroom, Swift Violet or Swift Carrot would create Hasty Monster Cake.

Note that Monster Extract randomises the strength and duration of effects from dishes it is added to, along with the number of hearts recovered, so the effects of the cooked dish can be unpredictable beforehand.

Age of Calamity

The recipe for Monster Cake is obtained by completing the Chapter 7 scenario The Future of Hyrule. Cooking it before a scenario will raise the stats of a player character by 5% for the duration, except for maximum health which will fall by 10%.
