The Man Carrying Sack[1] is a character from Ocarina of Time. His counterpart is Sakon from Majora's Mask.
Although he is not interacted with in any major way, he can still be seen lollygagging about Hyrule Castle Town. He is huffing and puffing from all the running that he does, and is never on time for any appointments he makes.[2] He is recognizable in Hyrule Castle Town by his blue pants and the bag he carries on his back.
