Ironshroom is a type of mushroom and material found in Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.
Breath of the Wild
"The cap of this mushroom is very hard. Use it when cooking to prepare a dish that increases you defense."
A Ironshroom will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw. While this can be increased to ¾ of a heart if Link decides to cook it into a Toasty Ironshroom over an open flame, this does not activate their stat-boosting properties.
Ironshrooms can be used in a variety of Recipes, and they have an extra cooking effect of increased defense.
They can also be used to create Brown Dye at the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village.
