Grog wishes to see his cucco chicks to grow to adulthood before the Moon falls. Using the Bremen Mask and the Ocarina of Time, Link can accelerate their growth, making them adult cuccos within minutes. On seeing them as adults, Grog gives Link the Bunny Hood in thanks.
Oracle of Seasons
Cucco Chicks can be found in Talon & Malon's House in North Horon. If Link uses a Mystery Seed on one of these chicks, that chick will instantly grow up into an adult Cucco. Cucco Chicks are attracted to Link and cannot be attacked, but when they are grown up, they will mostly ignore you, unless you attack them.

The Minish Cap
Cucco Chicks are found inside Anju's Henhouse in The Minish Cap. The inside is only accessible in minish form. The Cucco Chicks deal half a heart of damage to you when they jump on you.
Another lone Cucco Chick can be found on top of Swiftblade's Dojo. Link can only see the chick in his regular form, but when he shrinks down into Minish form, he can climb the steps and talk to the cucco chick. The cucco chick indicates that its not like one its brothers. It won't chase you around and peck at you. Furthermore, the chick gives you advice about a Great Fairy in Hyrule.[1]
Link is able to fuse a Green Kinstone with the Cucco Chick at various points in the game. As it is a Green Kinstone fusion, it is not set to a specific treasure chest, but instead, one of the many possible treasure chests. There is one random Red Kinstone within the game that opens up a tree in North Hyrule Field. The Cucco Chick is one of the many characters in which Link can make this Kinstone fusion with.
