Siroc is a character who appears in The Minish Cap. She is a member of the Wind Tribe and resides within the Tower of Winds.

Siroc tells Link of a story about how long ago they abandoned the place known as the Wind Ruins. Using their magic, they built a place up into the skies. They know all of what happens back down at the surface world. Siroc knows of Link's adventure and that he has come to acquire the Wind Element, located deep within the Palace of Winds. She tells Link that usually surface dwellers are not permitted to enter their Palace, but she grants Link an exception.[1]

Link is able to fuse Green Kinstones with Siroc. As it is a Green Kinstone fusion, it is not set to a specific treasure chest, but instead, one of the many possible treasure chests. There is one random Red Kinstone within the game that opens up a location in the Hyrule Castle Garden leading to a Piece of Heart, as well as a random Blue Kinstone that opens up a tree in North Hyrule Field leading to a Fairy Fountain. Siroc is one of the many characters in which Link can make these Kinstone fusions with.

  1. "Welcome, welcome. Long, long ago, and then an age before that... Our tribe abandoned the place you call the Wind Ruins... With our magic, we moved our palace up into the skies. We are the Wind Tribe. We have been watching, and we know all that happens on your surface world. We know a small boy collects elements to lift the curse from a princess. We know of Vaati and his evil acts... The winds tell us these things. The Wind Element that you seek lies deep in the Palace of Winds above me. When the blade has been infused with the four elements, the way to the light force shall open. So it is told in the legends of the Wind Tribe. Vaati himself may already know this. Surface dwellers are not permitted to enter our palace, but you are special. You may continue to the roof." — Siroc, The Minish Cap.
