Tower of Winds

The Tower of Winds is a location in The Minish Cap. Link arrives at the Tower of Winds while on his journey to find the Wind Element. The Tower of Winds is the home of the Wind Tribe. Their main goal is to protect the path to the Palace of Winds, where the Wind Element lies. Link can access this area very early on in the game through a Kinstone Fusion, but his map won't have the area uncovered until he gets there via Veil Falls. When this area has been accessed through Veil Falls and all of the golden Kinstones have been fused, he can then take the warp back to his house and will be able to freely come and go as he pleases.
