Light Medallion

The Light Medallion is a key item in Ocarina of Time. It is the first of the six Medallions.
Overview
The Light Medallion is a large, yellow token, which represents the Sage of Light's favor. The token depicts the symbol of three triangles pointing towards the middle, with three spheres in-between them, and the Triforce is engraved onto the back. In Ocarina of Time 3D, an ancient pattern adorns the rim of the medal.
After Link pulls the Master Sword from the Pedestal of Time, he is sealed away inside the Chamber of Sages, where he remains for seven years until he is old enough to become the Hero of Time. Rauru greets Link when he awakens[1], explaining what has happened to Hyrule during the time skip and Link's destiny as the Hero.[2][3][4] Rauru explains that Link must awaken the rest of the Seven Sages before they can seal Ganondorf away in the Sacred Realm, and as a sign of his bond with the Hero of Time, presents Link with the Light Medallion.
